The Memphis in May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest is the Super Bowl of Swine, consistently rated as one of America's premier culinary events and was named by USA Today 10Best as the most prestigious barbecue competition in the country.
The WCBCC judging seminar is offered once a year, and this is your only opportunity to train to be a judge at the 2025 competition.
Registration fee includes WCBCC Judging Manual and training materials, sampling of competition-quality barbecue, lunch and certificate upon successful completion of the seminar.
