Welcome to HauntFest, where we summon the spirit of horror and Halloween all year round! Immerse yourself in the macabre delights of live music, art vendors, spine-chilling entertainment, and bewitching activities. This fiendish affair beckons dark spirits, midnight wanderers, witchy souls, and the eternally restless. Join us for our first North Carolina event at the Lutheridge Camp in Arden this September! With this new expansive space, there will be even more to see and do. It’s worth an arm and a leg… And as always, it will be to DIE for…

Lodging is first-come-first-serve. Lodging does not include event tickets. We will contact you within a week of your booking to either confirm or deny your booking request. Please arrive for check-in between 11:30AM - 1:30PM. Checkout is by 10AM the morning after your booking. Cabins do NOT include sheets/bedding. Pioneer A cabins are close to the lake, activities, vendors, camping field, and bat cave (live music). The Unit Lodge is shared by all cabins, hosting extra bathrooms and picnic tables. There are fire pits/fireplaces galore in the common space outside. There is no heat or AC in the cabins, so come prepared, as if you are camping! The cabins are small and bare-bones with 9 bunks. There is a shower, toilet, and sink in each cabin. Check out the "Lodging" page at hauntfest.net for photos and details. Don't forget to bring linens (sheets/towels), blankets, and pillows!

 

Pioneer B cabins are close to the vendors, parking, and treetop tents. The Unit Lodge is shared by all cabins, hosting picnic tables, a volleyball court, and a fireplace. There is no heat or AC in the cabins, so come prepared, as if you are camping! The cabins are small and bare-bones with 9 bunks. There is a shower, toilet, and sink in each cabin. HauntFest Code of Conduct

Waiver, Release, and Hold Harmless Agreement

 

In consideration of my participation in any HauntFest events (the "Activity"). I (together with family, spouse, heirs, representatives and assigns) represent, covenant and agree, on behalf of myself and my heirs, assigns, and any other person claiming by, under or through me, as follows:

I, a HauntFest attendee and cabin renter, acknowledge the potential risks to attending and working a haunted festival, including but not limited to risk of heart attack, injury to person, lost or stolen property, seizure, and any other form of unintentional harm that may be a result of uneven grounds, loud music, or flashing lights. I acknowledge that participating in the Activity involves certain risks (some of which I may not fully appreciate) and that injuries, death, property damage or other harm could occur to me or others. I accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages, or harm which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, including any associated activities, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other fault of the HauntFest, LLC, the event venue, and/or its or their departments, trustees, affiliates, employees, officers, agents or insurers ("Released Parties").

 

I waive all claims against any of the Released Parties for any injuries, damages, losses or claims, whether known and unknown, which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties. I release and forever discharge the Released Parties from all such claims.

 

I acknowledge that HauntFest, LLC, reserves the right to expel anyone from the event who causes any threat to the safety or integrity of the festival, its participants, or its staff. Disrespect will not be tolerated. I agree to react calmly and patiently to customer and volunteer conflicts and to ask for assistance when needed. I also agree to report if any misconduct has been witnessed during or before festival hours.

By checking this Terms & Conditions box, I agree to the guidelines contained herein with regard to HauntFest, LLC and the event venue. I also agree to Hold Harmless HauntFest, LLC and the event venue, their staff, their affiliates, tenants, and committee members thereof, from any claim including limited injury to person, damage to property, loss by fire, theft, or any other cause, nor will I/we be a party to any lawsuit. This is a legal and binding Hold Harmless Agreement.  I agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any claims or suits that I (or anyone claiming by, under or through me) may bring against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties.

 

I agree to respect the property of the venue and to leave the cabins in good shape. I agree not to smoke inside any of the cabins. I will not remove any furniture or cause any damage to property. I understand the cabins are bare-bones and are not equipped with heating or air conditioning, bedding, linens, or other camping supplies. I agree to the prices and stipulations outlined in the Description. I understand my cabin rental is non-refundable. I understand that I, the renter who has filled out this application, am solely responsible for any damages resulting from my party and will undertake any fees related to such damages.

 

I have carefully read and reviewed this Waiver, Release And Hold Harmless Agreement. I understand it fully and I execute it voluntarily. Checking of this box is consent to this agreement as an electronic signature.
