Panel Application

Thank you for your interest in bringing fun programming to K-pop Minicon's AtinyCon! You may submit up to three (3) panel applications, but submission does NOT gaurantee acceptance. Ateez related panels will be given preference. You will be emailed if approved. Good luck!

1. Panels are 45 minutes long with a 1 hour timeslot, panelists are expected to arrive ten (10) minutes early to their scheduled room. Panelists must check-in with the room managers or volunteers to ensure proper setup. Panels must end ten (10) minutes before the scheduled end time to ensure a proper transition from one panel/event to the next.

2. Panelists must be 16 or older

3.  Panelists are NOT allowed to 

• Provide food or beverages unless sealed in its original package
• Rearrange the room’s seating without prior permission 
• Install or tamper with any convention audio/visual equipment.
• Charge an entry fee into the panel or event.

4. The following panel types are banned:

• ‍Versus Panels (i.e. BTS vs Ateez etc)
• Panels that promote or teach stalking or "sasaeng" behavior
• Role-Playing Panels
• RDP Panels
• Mature (18+) Panels that discuss or feature any underage idols; Panels that sexualize underage idols in any way (even if panelists themselves are underage) 

5. Mature Panels

Mature Panel are welcome! Panels that include any adult material, triggering themes, or inappropriate content will be tagged as an 18+ panel/event, which means attendees must show proof of age before entering. All members of a group or team hosting an 18+ panel or event must be 18 years of age or older by March 3, 2024.

• Nudity or suggestive nudity
• Copious amounts of adult language
• References to alcohol or drugs
• Sexuality/sexual intercourse discussions
• Triggering or offense material
