Don't miss your chance to be part of history as we crown our very first Miss Juneteenth-Sugar Hill at our 5th annual Juneteenth Celebration on June 15, 2024, at 4:00 PM. This empowering pageant is open to ladies aged 18+ who are ready to shine on stage. Contestants will grace the runway in fashion created by an up-and-coming designer, showcasing style and confidence with two wardrobe changes. On stage, contestants will demonstrate their leadership and poise by answering two thought-provoking questions. Points will be awarded for model style, leadership response, and fundraising success. Grand Prize includes prize money, a crown, and the prestigious title of Miss Juneteenth-Sugar Hill.
Terms & Conditions
I hereby apply to participate in the Miss Juneteenth Sugar Hill Pageant organized by the Black Women's Association of Sugar Hill hereafter referenced as BWASH. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth. I understand that my participation is subject to the following conditions:
- I am at least 18 years of age.
- I am a resident of Sugar Hill, Buford or Suwanee.
- I understand that there is a $25 non-refundable registration fee that will be paid/charged only if my application is approved.
- I commit to selling a minimum of $300 in raffle tickets for the Miss Juneteenth Sugar Hill Pageant. A portion of these raffle ticket proceeds will be used as prize money for the Miss Juneteenth Sugar Hill winner.
- I agree to participate in marketing activities leading up to the Miss Juneteenth Pageant that include the aforementioned raffle ticket sales and sharing flyers and other event-related information on my personal social media accounts.
