Fayetteville Comic Con is a firmly established, twice annual pop culture convention held in April and October of each year at the Crown Expo Center in Fayetteville, NC. We represent the best in geek culture and focus on community over commodity. Offering vendors, artists and celebrity guests from comic books, anime, horror, cosplay, gaming, movies and other pop culture fandom, "If It's Geek, We Got It!"

About the application

"Fanels" are Fan Run Panels at Fayetteville Comic Con.

They are 35-minute panels held in Panel Room 2.

The room will have 2-Microphones and a Large TV for any Presentation required.

The stage is set with an eight-foot table on each side of a center podium and can allow up to 8 people to be seated.

The minimum age for a "Fanel" organizer is 15, and minimum age for a "Fanel" participant is 13.

Topics must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.

There can be NO Games that require or allow ANY physical contact.

No truth or dare style games.

Terms & Conditions

In consideration for permission to provide floor space to exhibitors, vendors, artists, performers, celebrity talent, agencies and/or organizations as part of the Fayetteville Comic Con Fall 2023 Show sponsored by Raleigh Llama Productions, Inc. DBA Fayetteville Comic Con, Inc., being held at the Crown Expo Center, 1960 Coliseum Dr, Fayetteville, NC 28306 including October 13th (Set-Up and Select VIP), October 14th and October 15th, 2023, the Talent agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, defend, release, and forever discharge Raleigh Llama Productions, Fayetteville Comic Con, Inc., the Cumberland County Civic Center Commission, OVG360, Oak View Group, and their agents, representatives, and employees, and any person or persons under its direction and control from, and waive any and all responsibility of same, for any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, loss or expense (including costs and attorneys’ fees), loss or damage of any kind whatsoever imposed by law upon the same for damages because of bodily injury, including death at any time resulting there from, sustained by any person or persons, or on account of damages to property, including loss of use thereof, arising out of or in consequence of the performance of this agreement, provided such injury to persons or damage to property results from and is caused by the negligent or willful acts or omissions of Raleigh Llama Productions, Fayetteville Comic Con, Inc., the Cumberland County Civic Center Commission, OVG360, Oak View Group, its officers, agents, employees, or any person or persons under its direct supervision and control.
