Professional Creator Application

Are you a Cosplayer, Entertainer, Celebrity, Professional Creator, or an agent representing one of the above? Apply here to become a guest of GalactiCon.

This form is to help us get to know you a bit better and how you might fit into our programming plan for the year.

• A Guest pass entitles you to complimentary access to the event. No further admission is required.
• Approved Guests will receive 1-2 passes for the convention as determined by GalactiCon staff.
• Approved Guests may be given a 6' table in our Creator's Cove, an area outside of the Dealer's Room, no security will be provided to this area overnight.  No responsibility for materials left at them overnight will be taken by the convention.
• GalactiCon will consider requests for additional benefits such as hotel rooms, transportation, per diems etc, but these will be decided on a case by case basis and will most likely be tied to the value perceived for the convention. This may include providing panels, taking part in marketing opportunities for the convention, participation in other programming such as judging contests etc.

Applicants agree to the following Rules of Conduct:

• Agree to act in a professional manner at all times.
• You abide by all of the rules of the convention for attendees, including respect for all.
• Guest passes are not to be offered or sold to anyone.
• Guest passes can be revoked at anytime if deemed necessary.

Applicants will receive notification of the status of their request as soon as possible.
