This is an old fashioned BBQ cook off!

 

The Professional Contest is a GaTech sanctioned contest and Georgia State Championship event. Cook teams must compete in the four KCBS meat categories: chicken, pork ribs, pork and beef brisket. Total prize money: $10,000
