Live Performer Application -2023 BAFA

Application to perform at the 55th Bel Air Festival for the Arts on 17 Sep 23.  Performers will perform from the Band Shell in Shamrock Park, 39 North Hickory Ave, Bel Air, MD, 21014. 

Performers will perform a 45-50 min set starting at 10 AM and running through 4:30 PM. 

Performers will be paid between $300-500/set subject to grant funding obtained by the Festival Organizers.

The Bel Air Festival for the Arts is one of the largest single day Arts and Crafts show in the Mid-Atlantic Region.  Over 300 exhibitors will be displaying and selling their fine art, orginal photography and hand made crafts.  Between 10,000-15,000 exhibitors visit the festival between 9 AM and 5 PM.  

The 2023 Bel Air Festival for the Arts is the 56th time the festival has been held.  It is a rain or shine event.  

Applicants will provide information regarding their performance history and experience so that the acceptance jury can select the performers.

Once accepted, applicants will be provided a performance time for the day of the festival.

CODE OF CONDUCT - As a BARC-sponsored event, the Bel Air Festival for the Arts and all of its participants are required to abide by the BARC Code of Conduct which is provided in the documents section. Exhibitors who fail to adhere to this Code of Conduct will be asked to leave the festival venue and prohibited from participating in future Bel Air Festival for the Arts.

LIABILITY RELEASE - As a BARC-sponsored event, the Bel Air Festival for the Arts and all of its participants are required to abide by the BARC Liability Release which is provided in the documents section.
