Terms & Conditions

Event Insurance
You shall maintain the following types of insurance coverage:

General commercial or personal liability insurance in amounts not less than $1,000,000.00 per claim and $2,000,000.00 aggregate.
Vehicle insurance in the same amounts to cover any and all vehicles (including but not limited to cars, trucks, and motorcycles) used in connection with the event, and
Workers compensation insurance to cover all your employees.

Before beginning any series to or participation with SFPRIDE You shall provide a declaration page as proof of such insurance of SFPRIDE showing SFPRIDE as an additional insured and, if required by SF Pride, also naming the City and County of San Francisco as additional insured for the duration of the Celebration and preparation for it.
