Car d'Lane Young Builders Alley Show Registration

Jump back in time at Car d'lane! Experience the largest classic car cruise in North Idaho on Friday night! Then, get up close at the show on Saturday and take a look under the hoods of these one of a kind classics. Fun for the entire family will be taking place all day Saturday including a Poker Walk, People's Choice Voting, Young Builders Alley and more! Volunteer and enjoy a full weekend of classic fun in Downtown Coeur d'Alene!

Event Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy 

 

• Young Builders must be 25 years old or younger to participate. Automotive projects of any make, model, and year will be considered for entry.
• Young Builder vehicles are not eligible for the classic car cruise and will be parked in a designated area at the show on Saturday.
• Trailers are not permitted to the Show, and will not be allowed entry. Please plan on driving your entry to and from Car d'Lane.
• Cars MUST be parked by 8 am on Saturday. No late cars will be allowed in the Show.  
• Preferential spots will not be allowed. Spaces cannot be reserved or chosen 

  If you plan to attend with a group, please arrive together, using the same entry lane. Cars will be parked simultaneously on Sherman Ave & Front St. 

• Car d’Lane is not a professionally judged show. 
• Registration and Proof of insurance are REQUIRED for participation and subject to verification upon request. 
• Full refunds will be issued in the event public officials deem the gathering unsafe. Refunds will not be processed due to inclement weather. Participants may be refunded in full up to seven days prior to the event date.
• Please review all rules on the back of the Young Builder Show Only Passes. 

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT 

I hereby agree to abide by all the directions and decisions of Car d’Lane. I hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend, the Coeur d’Alene Downtown Association, City of Coeur d’Alene, and Coeur d’Alene Chamber of Commerce, their respective members, officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all liabilities, damages, actions, costs, losses, claims and expenses (including attorney’s fees), on account of personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property or profits arising out of or resulting in whole or in part from any act, omission, negligence, fault or violation of law or ordinance by me or my agents, sub-contractors, invitees or any other person entering the event and/or event area with my implied or express permission. 

In CONSIDERATION of the acceptance of the application for entry into the activities listed on the application form above this agreement and the rules and regulations that accompanied it, I hereby WAIVE, RELEASE, and DISCHARGE any and all claims for the damages for death, personal injury, or property damage which I may have, or which may hereafter accrue to me as a result of my participation in the said activities. This release is intended to discharge, in advance, the Coeur d’Alene Downtown Association, City of Coeur d’Alene, Coeur d’Alene Chamber of Commerce, its officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected with my participation in the said activities, even though that liability may arise out of NEGLIGENCE or CARELESSNESS, on the part of the persons or entities mentioned above. 

I have read the description of the activity for which I have applied, and I am aware that these activities subject me to physical risks and dangers. Nevertheless, I voluntarily agree to assume any and all risks of injury or death, and to release, discharge and hold harmless all the entities or persons mentioned above who, through negligence or carelessness, might otherwise be liable to me, or my heirs, personal representatives, next of kin, spouse or assigns. It is understood and agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heir, personal representatives, next of kin, spouse, and assigns. 

  

I have carefully READ this Agreement and fully UNDERSTAND its content. 

 

I hereby give Car d’Lane permission to use photographs and/or likenesses of my car without limitation and without compensation to me.
