The North Carolina Fossil Festival celebrates the Aurora Fossil Museum and the rich fossil record of North Carolina. Join us for a family-friendly event steeped in tradition and good old-fashioned southern charm. Activities include digging for fossils, fossil displays, fossil auction, educational displays by partner nonprofit organizations, movie night, parade, live entertainment, food & craft vendors, dinosaur shows, glow party, and much, much more!

About the registration

Price of $50 (plus processing fees) includes 30 foot x 20 foot space for self-contained RV Camping. 

 

No electricity/water/sewer hookups will be available.

 

Only self-contained Recreational Vehicles campers.

 

Through the agreement of rental of space, RV owner agrees that they will have active insurance policies in place and are compliant with all department of motor vehicles regulations for us of Recreational Vehicles. Applicants also release the Aurora Fossil Museum Foundation, Inc., the Town of Aurora, and the North Carolina Fossil Festival organizations and individuals of all liability.

 

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, I agree to hold the Aurora Fossil Museum Foundation, Inc., the Town of Aurora, and the Fossil Festival Committee harmless for any injury or loss to any person, equipment, property, or goods for any cause whatsoever.   I also agree that the stated organizations cannot be held responsible for any claims for damage, injury or loss arising out of or in connection with the use of the space or grounds during the North Carolina Fossil Festival, in Aurora.

RV Camping Per Night $50.00 Price includes 30 x 20 foot space for self-contained RV Camping. No electricity/water/sewer hookups will be available. Only self-contained Recreational Vehicles campers.
