Car, Motorcycle, & Truck Show presented by Flow Automotive

Join us for a Fayetteville Dogwood Festival tradition - the annual Car, Motorcycle, and Truck Show! We welcome all vehicles including, but not limited to, cars, motorcycles, and trucks. This premier event includes the opportunity to win a variety of awards, music, fun, and of course, bragging rights if you win! We invite you to come out and show off your ride in Fayetteville's largest and favored festival!

REGISTRATION & ENTRY FEE

Pre-Registration begins Friday, February 10 at 12:00 PM. Early bird rates are available until Saturday, April 29 at 11:59 PM. 

Early Bird: $25/Cars and Trucks / $20/Motorcycles

Day-Of: $35/Cars and Trucks / $30/Motorcycles

Participants can register up to four individual entries per category. 

Participants can purchase a group rate for five or more entries before the early bird deadline (April 29 at 11:59PM) expires.

Maintaining the safety and integrity of the show is a number one priority of the Dogwood Festival. Any entrant found to be acting inappropriately, aggressively, or unsportsmanlike will be ejected from the show. We ask that all entrants and attendees be kind and treat others with respect.

Pre-Registration: All pre-registered exhibitors must arrive between 9am-10am. If not, the entrant is at risk of forfeiting the entry. Pre-registration entry is non-refundable and non-transferable.

On-site Registration: Registration is available on-site if space is available after pre-registration. Please arrive for registration between 10am-11am. Registration entry is non-refundable and non-transferable.

This is a rain or shine event.

The exhibitor of the entry is responsible for classifying the entry; however, the judges reserve the right to re-classify the entry if it is deemed inaccurate. This excludes the circumstance where the entry has been altered tremendously from it's original manufactured date.

Entry numbers must be clearly displayed on the driver's side windshield to be judged.

Judges must have access to all entry areas of the entry including the trunk, interior, and engine compartment. Exhibitors must open the areas to be visible by judges.

All vehicles must remain in the show area for the duration of the show (until the end of the awards ceremony).

DWF REFUND POLICY

The Fayetteville Dogwood Festival maintains a rain-or-shine policy, meaning that as long as the event continues to go on, no refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled. The DWF is unable to fulfill the service. All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable.
