About the application
We are accepting a limited number applications for fan hosted/run panels at DCC this year.
Successful applicants will be provided with time slot in a panel room with 3 passes ONLY for the day of their panel at DCC Applications close Feb 28th. Successful applicants will be contacted by email to confirm
Tickets will only be issued a week before the show date to ensure no abuse of the system occurs. If you attend the show but do not attend your panel, you will be blacklisted from future applications of any sort. Tickets are non-transferable and are only applicable to the day of your panel.
Panels will run for 45 mins to allow for set up/break down of the previous panel such as Untitled Panel A starts 1pm - 1.45pm and Untitled Panel 2 starts at 2pm - 2.45pm. You must adhere to the time frame.
Terms & Conditions
Tickets are non transferable. If you have a ticket already as an exhibitor, fan group etc then you will not receive a second pass.
Once the schedule is done we cannot change times.
