2023 Miss Strawberry Pageant

A festival celebrating the rich agricultural history of Wallace, North Carolina. Featuring craft and food vendors, a beer and wine garden, a new and antique fire truck show, antique tractors, a BBQ contest, rides, dinosaurs, bands, a beauty queen contest, and of course strawberries!!

Thank you for your interest in the 2023 Miss Strawberry Pageant.
The pageant will take place on Saturday, May  6, 2023 at 12:00 noon
during the Strawberry Festival in Downtown Wallace.

There will be a non-refundable $50.00 entry fee per contestant.
Please make all checks payable to the “Carolina Strawberry Festival”.

Baby Miss Strawberry Contestants must be ages 0 to 2 years old
Mini Miss Strawberry Contestants must be ages 3 to 5 years old
Little Miss Strawberry Contestants must be ages 6 to 8 years old

Judging Criteria will be:
1. Stage presence
2. Poise
3. Personality
4. Appearance

Required attire for contestants:
1. One age appropriate regular-length dress; no semiformal or formal dresses.
2. Age appropriate dress shoes.
3. Limited jewelry
4. No make-up, wigs or spray tans (just natural
beauty)

Contestants must submit the following:
1. $50.00 entry fee
2. Contestants contract
3. Emcee sheet
