Join us this year for our Annual Sugar Rush Arts Festival; a two-day event! Sugar Rush Arts Festival is an outdoor event located in Sugar Hill, GA, featuring arts and business vendors, visual and performing arts, food, music, history, and family fun! About the application

The City of Sugar Hill will be hosting its first ever Donut Eating Competition for this years Sugar Rush festival! The competition will begin at 12:00 pm on Sunday October 16th. The winners will receive a gift card! There will be a max of 12 applicants for each age division so be sure to grab your spot! 
 
Competition Rules:
1. Sign up as a PARTICIPANT to your appropriate age division for the Donut Eating Competition $10+ tax entry fee (all registration fees are non-refundable). (Deadline: 15 min prior to Contest)
2. Any contestant who gets sick will be disqualified and must clean up his/her own mess.
3. The first person to finish all 12 of their donuts in the shortest amount of time, or most donuts eaten in 10 minutes, wins the title: Sugar Rush 2022 Donut Eating Champion for their division!  
4. Contestants are given water along with their donuts. If a contestant dunks their donuts in their water, they must also drink the entire glass of water.
5. Any person caught cheating will be disqualified.
6.To be declared the winner, the contestant must swallow all of their donuts (and drink all of the water if they dunked a donut), and show an empty mouth to the judges.

I hereby agree to abide by all rules and regulations previously set forth in this application. I further understand that failure to abide by said rules will result in my being removed from the event and I will not be invited nor included in future events sponsored by Sugar Hill.The City of Sugar Hill, a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives thereof, assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any participants , occurring on the premises or arising under Sugar Hill event activities and said participants agree, contest, and acknowledge to hold the City of Sugar Hill harmless for any injury or loss.I have read and fully understand all the rules and guidelines of the City of Sugar Hill.
