Miss Shrimp Festival Pageant

Thur, Oct. 6th through Sat, Oct. 8th - 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9th - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Since 1971, this FREE to attend volunteer-driven event has been a tradition at the beautiful beaches of Coastal Alabama. Food, music, art, and so much more make up an action packed weekend with nearly 250,000 of your friends.

The Miss Shrimp Festival Pageant is open to all Baldwin County students. The competition consists of an introduction and a stage walk where judges will score the ladies on their appearance, poise and personality.

 

Mandatory Rehearsal - Friday, September 23rd @ Erie Meyer Civic Center

Prek-2nd 4pm-5pm    3rd-6th 5:15pm-6:15pm   7th-12th 6:30pm-7:30pm

 

Pre K-2nd Grade Pageant is Saturday, September 24th at 10:00 am

3rd -6th Grade Pageant is Saturday, September 24th at 2:00 pm

7th-12th Grade Pageant is Saturday, September 24th at 6:00 pm

Location: Erie Meyer Civic Center, 1930 W 2nd Street, Gulf Shores, AL

 

Confirmation letters will be emailed. Any entries fees received after the maximum is reached for each division will be returned to the contestant.

 

Answer ALL questions thoroughly. This information will be used to introduce contestants to the audience and judges. Changes will NOT be made at rehearsal.

HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE

Contestant shall fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury and/or wrongful death) whether brought by an individual or other entity or imposed by a court of law, or by administrative action of any federal, state, or local governmental body or Agency arising out of, in any way whatsoever any acts, omissions, negligence or willful misconduct on the part of contestant, its officers, owners, personnel, employees, agents, contractors, invitees, or volunteers. This indemnification applies to and includes without limitation the payment of all penalties, fines, judgments, awards, decrees, attorney's fees, and related costs or expenses and any reimbursements to the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber for all legal fees, expenses, and costs incurred by it.
