HUZZAH! and Welcome to our Village! Browse through our Enchanted Artisan Marketplace where over One Hundred Merchants demonstrate and sell their wares. Behold blown glass, hammered pewter, wooden toys, hand-tooled leather, weaponry, unique pottery, abundant clothing, and a Wealth of other Riches, including Festival Memorabilia! Applaud Hundreds of Performers, not only on our Twelve Stages but literally all around you! You will meet Sword fighters, Minstrels, Magicians, Wenches, and more! “All the world’s a Stage” here in the Village of Kimmendale. Cheer for Heroic Knights, as they mount their noble steeds and charge with the thunderous speed in exciting Jousts, thrice daily! Feast on a Cornucopia of Fyne Foods fit for a King or Queen! Enjoy Delectable Desserts without regret! Visit the Pubs and Toast the Royal Court with a tankard of Cold Ale, Cider, or Hard liquor. For the softer palette, we offer Meads and Wines as well. Play Games of Chance and Skill which challenge both young and old alike, such as Axe Throwing, Archery, Test of Strength, Jacob’s Ladder, Fencing, and Water Games and so much more! Thrill to a ride on the Giant Rocking Horse, get lost in The Maze, or the Haunted Graveyard! About the registration

 

We greet you with a warm WELCOME to the Florida Renaissance Festival.  Please read carefully Terms & Conditions of this Electronic Application and Agreement.  By selecting, submitting information on this application, uploading any document and signing this Agreement, you are validating and approving this Agreement electronically.  You agree that your signature is an electronic signature and has the same effect as your written signature. By completing this application you consent to be legally bound by this Agreement’s terms and conditions in all its parts.

 

Review and reply to each question.  Prepare before going forward by gathering information and documents you will need for completion.  For example:

  •  Organizing Teacher's full name, email & cell phone number

Please read School Day Requirements:

  1. You first must submit a School Day Electronical Registration before requesting an Invoice, payment can follow later.
  2. After we receive full payment we will mail color coded wristbands for students, teachers, and parents. No one will be allowed into the Festival without a wristband, no exceptions. Please understand this is a precaution to protect the students. Only bus drivers with their bus driver ID will be allowed admission on School Day without a wristband.
  3. Box Office will be closed to the general public on School Day. However, we will have two windows at the box office open for the last minute add-ons; Students, Teachers and Parents joining the trip. Only the organizing teacher can purchase (cash only transactions) additional wristbands at The Florida Renaissance Festival Box Office on School Day. Organizing teacher must bring their School ID to purchase the additional wristbands.
  4. Parents/chaperones arriving separately from the school group without wristbands will need to be validated by the following: To be able to pay admission as an additional chaperone, we must have received in advance (Wednesday before school trip) an official signed letter with school letter head.  This is a precaution to protect students, as it is a school day only.
  5. The Florida Renaissance Festival does not allow coolers, outside food nor beverages in to the Festival. An exception is a medical necessity, such as a diabetic meal. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  6. You are permitted to leave the festival and retun before closing the same day, but you must keep your wristband on.
  7. Students are welcome to wear their usual clothing or uniforms, although some teachers prefer to have their students' wear school clothing to better spot their students. Students are encouraged to bring some cash for food and beverage, about $30 should do the trick for some basic treats and a souvenir.
  8. Please contact us if you have not received your wristbands by January 20th, 2023.
