About the application
We are thrilled that you want to be a part of the BBQ and Blues Cook-Off! The 2027 on-site festival date is March 13, 2027. Please fill out the form completely and include credit card information. Once you have submitted your completed application, you will be notified by email that it has been received. The committee reviews your application, and the final determination of your acceptance will be sent via email by February 8, 2027. The card on file will be automatically charged upon application acceptance. If you are unsure which category you fall into, please contact Rachel at the Chamber office at rachel@southbaldwinchamber.com. PLEASE NOTE: Past participation in the festival does NOT guarantee an approved application. No booth locations are guaranteed.
Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application, I understand and agree with the rules and regulations that are set forth in this application and agree to abide by and fully comply with said rules. I understand and agree that the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce and the BBQ and Blues Committee are not responsible in any way for damage, loss, or theft of me, my firm or of my customers and employees and agree to indemnify and defend and hold harmless the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce and the BBQ and Blues Committee against such loss, damage or theft.

- I understand that booth location is to be assigned by the BBQ & Blues Committee.
- I understand that I must provide my own equipment including tents, tables, and chairs.
- I understand that a "day of" cancellation will result in being declined to participate in ALL future Chamber events.
- I understand that vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting Alabama & Baldwin County Sales Tax.
- I understand that no refunds will be given to vendors after February 23, 2027 or for weather, acts of God, civil disobedience or any circumstances the SBCF deems out of its control.
