Welcome Performers, Bards, Game Makers and Musicians. For the faire, we are planning on having 4 areas for live entertainment and several lane locations for additional performances. After submitting this application, we will reach out to you via email or phone call to discuss further details of your performance contract. We are looking for the followings. We are expecting crowds in the 2.5k-5k range for the weekend, depending on weather and other events going on at the time.
We are looking for:
The Queen's Way (Arena with tilled earth field and bleachers for seating, arena is covered)
- Jousting Troupe
- Horseback Group
- Combat Show (HEMA, SCA, Bruhurt)
The Village Square & Bazaar (Grass/Gravely field with a pond backdrop)
- Live shows (10-30 mins long)(2-3 shows per day)
- Music group or Variety entertainment
- Performance will be under the sun
The Battle Tavern (Flat Clay area with a wooden stage, seating to be tables and chairs for customers to eat at)
- Live shows (10-30 mins long)(2-3 shows per day)
- Looking for Music Groups, play performances, ect
- Performance will be under cover of shade

Upon approval and pursuit of further agreement, we will send or you may send us a contract to go over terms of pay, safety, photo policy, ect.
