Best Decorated Trunk Competition

Show off your creativity and Halloween spirit! Participants are invited to transform their vehicle trunks into fun, festive, and imaginative Halloween displays. One winner will be selected based on overall creativity, originality, theme, and presentation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to registered Trunk-or-Treat participants. Each participant may enter one decorated vehicle.
2. Registration: Participants must register by the designated deadline and arrive at the assigned setup location during the specified setup time.
3. Decorations: Trunks must be family-friendly and appropriate for a community Halloween event. Decorations must not contain offensive, dangerous, or inappropriate content.
4. Safety: All decorations and displays must be safely secured. Open flames, hazardous materials, weapons, or other dangerous items are prohibited.
5. Voting: The winner will be determined by public vote. Each attendee may vote according to the event's designated voting process. Votes must be submitted by the stated voting deadline.
6. Winner: The participant receiving the most valid votes will be named Best Decorated Trunk. In the event of a tie, event organizers will determine the method used to select the winner.
7. Prizes: The winner will receive the prize announced by the event organizers. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
8. Event Rules: Participants must follow all event rules and instructions provided by event staff. Organizers reserve the right to remove any display that is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or in violation of event guidelines.
9. Changes or Cancellation: Event organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the competition due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
10. Final Decision: Decisions regarding eligibility, rule violations, voting validity, and competition administration are at the discretion of the event organizers.
