Booking for the Holiday Faire at the Square Nov 14th and 15th.

We welcome a diverse range of solo and group acts that complimant a vibrant holdiay craft market.

Talent Terms & Conditions
By participating in Holiday Faire at the Square, Talent agrees to the following:

1. Conduct
Holiday Faire at the Square is a family-friendly event. Talent is expected to maintain professional conduct and ensure that performances, language, costumes, displays, and interactions with attendees are appropriate for a general audience.

2. Event & Venue Rules
Talent agrees to comply with all applicable laws, safety requirements, venue policies, and reasonable instructions provided by Sasquatch Promotions or event management.

3. Safety
Talent is responsible for safely operating and supervising its own equipment, props, costumes, and materials. Open flames, pyrotechnics, weapons, hazardous materials, animals, or other higher-risk activities require prior written approval from the Organizer.

4. Personal Property
Talent is responsible for its own equipment, instruments, props, costumes, supplies, and personal property. Sasquatch Promotions and the venue are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage except to the extent caused by their negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Insurance
Sasquatch Promotions may require proof of appropriate liability insurance based on the nature of the performance or activity.

6. Indemnification & Hold Harmless
Talent agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sasquatch Promotions, the Event Organizer, the venue and property owner, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from Talent’s negligent or wrongful acts or omissions, activities, equipment, props, employees, assistants, or representatives.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from the negligence or willful misconduct of the party seeking indemnification.

7. Right to Remove or Stop Activity
Sasquatch Promotions reserves the right to stop any performance or activity, or require Talent to leave the event, if Talent creates a safety concern, violates event or venue rules, or engages in conduct that is inappropriate or materially disruptive to the event.

8. Acceptance
Acceptance of a booking or participation in the event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
