he new Wild West skirt is ruffled heaven with nine ruffles per skirt. The skirt is short in the front and falls above the knees. It is full length in the back with two rows of double ruffles and a single row in the center. This skirt features a solid color ruffle that coordinates with the fabric and all skirts will have black ruffles. The skirt will fit up to a 2X, and has an elastic waist.
