Return & Refund Policy
At Noir Bloom Tacoma, every candle is hand-poured in small batches with great care. Because our products are crafted and inspected individually, we ask that customers review our return and refund guidelines below.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles or opened products.
However, we will accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and unburned
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase must be provided
To begin a return, please email [your customer service email] with your order number and reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:
A replacement item
Store credit
A refund
Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different scent or item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
