This adorable OWL is just looking for a new home. Caption reads "NIGHT OWL." This owl was actually a vintage ceramic salt or pepper shaker I found at a thrift store and re-purposed it! A MOON charm hangs in the background along with a spray of silver glitter for the starry night. It is safely tucked inside a small re-purposed wood drawer. It can either HANG on the wall, or, sit on a shelf.
Artist JoAnne Hunot has been designing and selling assemblage boxes created from vintage items for over 20 years. The last photo above shows her studio full of "stuff" to be made into art. This is up-cycling at its best! Since all figurines, frames and boxes are re-purposed from thrift stores, there might be small blemishes.
