MiraiCon 2026 Ribbons

The Ribbon Hunt Has Begun! Throughout all three days of MiraiCon, collectible ribbons will be hidden, traded, earned, and discovered across the convention! Some ribbons are incredibly easy to get — others may take a little detective work, participation, or luck to track down. Collect and trade with staff, panelists, guests, volunteers, and fellow attendees, discover hidden gems, and see how many ribbons you can collect by the end of the weekend! Ribbons are free to collect and are one of the most beloved convention traditions around. The more you explore, interact, and participate, the more ribbons you’ll uncover! Add some fandom flair to your badge and join the fun with MiraiCon’s official Ribbon Hunt! Want to create your own ribbon and keep the hunt going? Read below to learn how to order and distribute your own custom convention ribbons through the official MiraiCon Ribbon Program. Custom badge ribbons are available for guests, vendors, and attendees to design and order in advance. Attendees, vendors, guests, panelists, and fan groups are all welcome to create ribbons and join the fun! Ribbon creators can order custom ribbons through the MiraiCon Ribbon Hunt and distribute them throughout the event however they choose. Whether you want to reward attendees for visiting your booth, attending your panel, trading, participating in games, or simply spreading some convention chaos — ribbons are a fun way to connect with the community and become part of the hunt! Pricing & Order Details $37.25 per order (100 ribbons per design) Includes setup and production Pick up at the Fantasticarium table at MiraiCon, in the Community Zone Design Guidelines Text-only (no images or photos) Up to ~30 characters, includes spaces 3 line limit (Please note, recommended line limit is 2 for visibility. The more letters you have, the smaller the print on the ribbon) All ribbons will use a single font provided by the manufacturer Solid color ribbons only (no gradients or ombré) Text will be printed exactly as submitted. Please double-check spelling, capitalization, and line breaks. Specify lowercase and uppercase letters, as well. Once payment has been provided for your order, production on your ribbon will begin promptly. The sooner you make your payment, the better! All designs must be appropriate for a general audience. No political, explicit, or defamatory content will be approved. 18+ ribbons (for approved 18+ panels/events) will require valid ID verification at pickup. Name on the ID must match the name on the order. How It Works - Submit your text through the Google order form - Select color of ribbon, then color of font Fill in all other required fields on the order form, then submit - Orders are reviewed and approved before production, after payment. - A digital proof may be provided for approval before production. Orders will not proceed until approved - All ribbons will be distributed at the event by the Fantasticarium team, during designated hours - Unclaimed ribbons may not be held after the event. Timeline Orders open: Saturday, May 19th, 2026 Final deadline: Sunday, August 9th 2026 Ribbon Distribution (How to Obtain) When submitting a ribbon, creators are encouraged to share how attendees can receive it. This helps make the Ribbon Hunt more interactive and fun for everyone. Examples may include: Trading with the creator Completing a small interaction (e.g., “tell me you stayed hydrated”) Attending a specific panel or event While some level of creativity and exclusivity is encouraged, we recommend avoiding restricting ribbons to a single specific day, time, or outfit/cosplay only. Ribbons should remain reasonably attainable throughout the convention so all attendees have a fair opportunity to participate. Rules & Regulations All ribbon designs must follow MiraiCon policies and are subject to review and approval No political, hateful, defamatory, or explicit content will be permitted Text will be printed exactly as submitted—please double-check spelling, capitalization, and line breaks. Maximum ~30 characters total, including spaces, and up to 3 lines (2 lines recommended for readability) Text-only designs (no images, logos, or photos) Solid color ribbons only; one standard font will be used A digital proof may be provided; production will not proceed until approval is received (if applicable) Full payment must be completed before any ribbon order is submitted for production All ribbon orders and payments must be completed by Sunday, August 9th, 2026 The sooner the payment is received for your ribbon order, the better No changes may be made after approval and submission to production All sales are final (no refunds, returns, or exchanges) Ribbons must be picked up during designated hours at the Fantasticarium table Unclaimed ribbons may not be held after the event 18+ ribbons (for approved 18+ panels/events) must be picked up by the individual listed on the order, must match a valid government-issued ID, and the individual must be 18 years of age or older Ribbon distribution methods are strongly recommended to remain reasonably accessible; avoid restricting ribbons to a single specific day, time, or outfit/cosplay only Failure to comply with these rules and guidelines may result in denial of ribbon distribution or confiscation of ribbons at the event without refund, return, or exchange. Acknowledgment & Agreement By submitting a ribbon order, you acknowledge and agree that: You have read and will follow all Ribbon Hunt rules and guidelines Your design meets all content requirements and may be modified or rejected if necessary Your ribbon will be printed exactly as submitted Your order will not enter production until full payment is received All orders and payments must be completed by Sunday, August 9th, 2026 Your design may require approval via digital proof before production No changes can be made after approval and submission All sales are final You are responsible for picking up your ribbons during designated event hours Failure to follow program rules, guidelines, or agreements may result in denial of ribbons or confiscation without refund This program is managed by Fantasticarium, who will handle design approvals, production coordination, and on-site distribution.
