Returns: Thank you for shopping at Anya SF. We hope you love your purchase. If you are not satisfied your item may be returned within 14 days of the shipping date. After 14 days all sales are final. The returned item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with the original tags attached, accompanied by the original sales receipt and in the original packaging. Once we receive the item we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original address at our discretion. Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only: shipping charges will not be refunded and will be deducted from your total refund. Returns are processed between 4 to 6 business days and you will receive your refund in the same form of payment that was used to place your order.. We do not refund return shipping charges. One of a kind pieces can only be returned for a store credit if returned in unused condition with the original tags attached, accompanied by the original sales receipt and in the original packaging. Custom orders or tailored garments are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. All masks are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
