Grateful Consolation is proudly based in the Triad area of North Carolina. Due to the delicate, handcrafted nature of our products, we currently focus on local delivery and in-person pickup at our events rather than traditional postal shipping.
Local Delivery
Triad Area Delivery: We are happy to offer local delivery to our customers within the NC Triad area!
Delivery Upcharge: Please note that a delivery fee will apply to all delivery orders. This upcharge will be calculated and added to your total at checkout based on your specific location.
Standard Shipping: At this time, we do not offer domestic or international shipping through standard mail carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
Pop-Up Event Pickup (Highly Recommended!)
We frequently participate in pop-up markets and events, with the majority of our appearances located right here in the Triad area. To ensure you get the exact items you want before they sell out, we highly recommend placing a pre-order online to pick up at our next event.
Place Your Order: Add your desired candles, soaps, and body butters to your cart.
Select Pickup: At checkout, select "Pop-Up Event Pickup" as your fulfillment method to waive any delivery fees.
Find Our Next Event: Check our social media pages or website calendar to see the date, time, and location of our next local pop-up market.
Bring Your Confirmation: When you arrive at our booth, simply provide your name and your digital or printed order confirmation email to claim your items.
Pickup Restrictions & Policies
Payment Requirement: All online pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout to reserve your items. We cannot hold unpaid inventory.
Missed Pickups: If you are unable to attend the pop-up event to claim your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will happily hold your items for you until the next scheduled pop-up event, or we can convert your order to a local delivery (delivery upcharge will apply).
Abandoned Orders: Orders that remain uncollected after two consecutive pop-up events (without prior communication) will be canceled, and NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED!
Weather or Event Cancellations: If a pop-up event is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you directly via email to arrange an alternative pickup date, set up a local delivery, or offer a full refund.
