Delightfully animated with little ball feet and a duck bill creamer spout, this is a one of a kind gift that is sure to please. Hand thrown on the potters wheel and manipulated into its unique body shape. the designs are carved on both sides with an exacto knife while the clay is still leather hard. </p><p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">The carved lines are filled wth black slip or liquid clay, the excess wiped off and the bone dry, bisque fired. It is at this stage when the hand painting is done and the piece is dipped in clear food safe glaze. </p><p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Once fired for the last time, it is ready to make its way to your home or wrapped as a gift for someone else.
