Description
This lively tree character is part of my Uncanny Forest series. Each piece was created using a free-form application of ink on the background to create unique tree silhouettes, which I then filled in with detailed branches and quirky humanoid faces. These entish beings are painted in a 5" circle on tinted mat board, which provides the mid-tone value. On top of that is a mix of watercolor, ink, and white pencil.
The artwork comes matted, framed and ready to hang. The frame is a 12" square with a D-ring on the back for hanging. Please note that the artwork does not come in plastic sleeves (this was to protect the art at the time of photographing).
