MEET THE ARTIST: Ian Fry
Ian Fry was born in Scotland. Was going to have a career in marine biology, but decided to study commercial art at Glasgow Art School which lead to working as an illustrator for many years in Scotland, London and eventually Vancouver. A shift to fine art painting began in the mid 1990's and continues today. Ian lives in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island.
