Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. We are happy to offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Shipping Issues
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier issues. However, we will always do our best to help you file a claim or track your package.
