If you are not satisfied with your candle(s), we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your candle(s) to request a return. After 10-days we’re unable to process a return/exchange. To be eligible for a return, your candle(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please use our contact page to initiate a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 24hours on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at livingwellsupport@livingwellcandleco.com.
