Directions: Simply unwrap shower melt from plastic packaging and place at the bottom of your shower, away from the direct stream of water. Sprinkle a little water on it to activate the fizzing. This listing is for one shower melt, good for 1-3 showers depending on how much water is placed on it. This shower melt contains lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus and rosemary essential oils, which may cause skin irritation. We dilute our essential oils with grapeseed oil. Our shower melts are not meant to be used as bath bombs, however users may come in contact with ingredient as they are meant to be put in the bottom of the shower or on a shower shelf.
