In deep fall colors, these leaf shaped fold-formed copper/sterling dangle earrings are truly one-of-a-kind! Elegant and modern, with boho flair, they curve gracefully in their gentle undulating shape. I designed and made these using a variety of techniques.
I created this by starting with a piece of bare copper sheet metal. I have textured it by rolling it through a rolling mill with a piece of paper that I have cut out in a geometric design that is uniquely mine. That pattern is now imbedded into the metal and from this I cut my wide rectangular shape which will be the form I begin with. Repeatedly annealing (meaning softening with a torch to the point of being pliable) and then folding and opening up and unfolding and gently hammering a few times...and then gently manipulating the metal into it's pleasing shape is what happens next. This technique is called fold forming.
A specially formulated patina is then applied in a luscious deep bronze color to add additional interest and dimension.
Niobium ear wire feature a copper finish to coordinate and are naturally hypo-allergenic.
These earrings are entirely made by hand by me in my studio. The earrings measure 3 1/4" from top to bottom and are very lightweight ad easy to wear.
This is a one-of-a-kind pair. You will love wearing them...and won't ever see them on anyone else!

I ship from Florida, and time in transit will vary depending upon where in the US you are located. I ship USPS with tracking info, which gets to most places within 3 - 5 business days. If you would like them faster I can ship them via USPS Priority Mail. Please choose that option at check-out.

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Each piece is handmade by me in my home studio in Sarasota, Florida. I am not able to offer refunds on custom orders or anything made to your specifications. I will, however, exchange items bought from my shop for other in stock items.
If you need to exchange your purchase, please just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. For Holiday purchases made between November 1st and December 20th, please contact me by January 10th and ship items back by January 15th. Once I receive your return, I will ship the new item(s) out to you.
Once an order is placed, I can not accept a cancellation. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Jewelry designing to me is exciting, multi-faceted and ever-evolving! Being able to manipulate a flat piece of sheet metal into a dimensional, wearable piece of art has always been, and continues to be, very gratifying to me. Predominantly a metalsmith and enamelist, I do often incorporate leather, beading and wire work into my designs. I am inspired in particular by architecture and the galaxy and that is reflected in my work as they tend to be contemporary designs which are either architectural or “out of this world” in design.
I tend to design and create a "collection" and then move on to whatever is inspiring me next. I like to keep my work new and exciting and there are only a handful of items I make repeatedly, everything else is one-of-a-kind. Designs from different collections can easily be worn together, however, and my customers can add on to their selections over the years as the look is cohesive.
I enjoy being able to offer a wide variety of price points so regardless if you are looking for a great pair of earrings at $25 made with base metals or a great pair of earrings, a cuff or a pendant…or maybe all three….using precious metals to include 24k gold, I’ve got your covered! If you like my design aesthetic, there will be something in your price range. I do a limited amount of custom orders as well and would be happy to talk to you if that would be of interest!
