Fit for a grand party, this WhmZ is versatile as it can be worn over a dress, skirt, or pants. "Tails" or "Wings" at the sides taper the back. Coat would easily fit sizes 12-20 because it ties in the back. Hooks can also be moved to change the bodice size.
