Peacock Accent Picture Frame

This fancy picture frame holds 2 1/2 inch by 3 1/2 inch pictures. The brushed bronze frame has filigree vines in the top left corner and the bottom left corner that connect on the opposite edges. The top left corner holds a 3/4 inch, 1/4 inch and a 1/2 inch Brass tone gear with burgundy wire to give a feel of movement. On the edge of the gears is a Polymer/ Fimo flower in Black, blue and green. On the opposite corner has a 1 inch Rose Copper gear and a 1/2 inch silver tone gear and wire but with a Peacock feather with a Blue Zircon Swarovski flat back. There are two more Blue Zircon Swarovski's in the centers of the 1/2inch Rose Copper gears. On top of the bottom gear is a single watch hand as an added treat.
