Reishi, Shitake and Portobello mushroom are sautéed in port wine and reduced with leeks, garlic, onions, thyme and other natural ingredients. Super low in salt so add your own. You can also cook it down to pour over pasta, chicken or zoodles. Served in a deli cup or doypak container. 15 oz serving.
