2020 Star One Credit Union Los Altos Virtual Art & Wine Festival Weekly Raffle
To enter: The sweepstakes begins 10/01/2020 and ends 10/31/2020 (sweepstakes period). An eligible non-member who signs up for Star One membership and checking account using the Promo Code ARTWN from 10/01/2020 to 10/31/2020 will automatically receive one (1) sweepstakes entry during the sweepstakes period. There will be five (5) drawings conducted at the end of the sweepstakes period around 11/01/2020. To enter without purchase or obligation: Between 10/1/2020 to 10/31/2020, hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip, day and evening phone numbers, and the words “2020 Star One Credit Union Los Altos Virtual Art & Wine Festival Raffle” on a 3” x 5” card, and mail in a stamped #10 envelope to: Star One Business & Community Development Dept. P. O. Box 3643, Sunnyvale, CA 94088-3643. The entry must be postmarked no later than 10/31/2020. Only one entry per entrant per stamped envelope will be accepted. All entries become the property of Star One Credit Union. The Credit Union in its sole discretion may disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or for any other reason the Credit Union deems appropriate.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of United States who are 18 years of age or older as of 10/01/2020 and otherwise meet the qualifications to join the Credit Union. The qualifications for joining the Credit Union are available at www.starone.org under the Open Your Account tab, Who Can Join? link. Star One Credit Union staff is not eligible to participate.
Drawing: On or around 11/01/2020, five (5) drawings will be conducted among all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The winners will be chosen through a random drawing by the Star One Business and Community Development Department from entries received. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.
Prizes: One gift basket valued up to $200.00 will be awarded to five eligible prize winners. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes where applicable. Prizes are non-transferable. Proof of current Star One membership is required to claim the prize.
Prize Notification: The winner will be notified by phone or a traceable method of delivery, and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility. The Affidavit of Eligibility must be returned within 14 days from the date of prize notification or the prize will be forfeited. Box 3643, Sunnyvale, CA 94088.
Additional Terms: If for any reason, this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Star One Credit Union reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entry or entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, or suspend the sweepstakes and at its sole discretion to award prizes from among all eligible entries validly received prior to the action requiring such modification.
