Description
For many months, I would paint, paint and paint a recurring shape. I didn't know where it was coming from. Where is Freud when you need him? This "shape" could present like a rugged mountain or could easily feel like a ferocious, rogue sea. But both interpretations carried.the same shape. That is how Evening Gold started out. And i recognized I was creating that mysterious shape again. And as an ocean...So I quite deliberately detoured to a focus on clearly land, and sky blessing the land. It has lightness. A home run. Terror be gone.

I reside in beautiful Riverdale, Toronto, and paint full time now in my nearby studio. Am an avid reader, gardener, and a creative junkie. Professionally, I have always been drawn to both design and colour composition. Painting is my most rewarding outlet that allows me to imaginatively explore this.
