Decora Kei is a Japanese fashion subculture, characterized by brightly colored clothing and accessories. These earrings are made with plastic beads from the 90s and come with earring backs. They also glow under black light! Monitors can alter colors in a photo, and though I've tried to make them as accurate as possible, there might be a slight difference from colors in the photo to the product you receive. All items are made in a cat-owning but smoke-free home.
