TPS accepts exchange requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, and in the same condition it was received. If you wish to exchange your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item. All sales are final.
Requests for exchanges must be made in writing to email@example.com. Please allow 30 business days for processing.
