Part of my "Journey's End" series, inspired by moments of time where we can find restoration in the beauty of nature after a long journey.
This piece was inspired by a fiery sky. Summer sunsets are a bit surreal to me, making time seem even more fleeting than it already is, each evening they light up the sky in a unique way.

I am an abstract impressionistic painter, living in Toronto with my husband and our mini goldendoodle, Josie.
Originally born in Alberta, I find strength and stillness in forests, fields, and by water.
Painting is a restorative process for me, it gives me time to focus on how beautiful and magical our world can be.
My works include both landscapes and portraits, although the portraits often include elements of nature such as branches or mountains.
My overarching goal would be that my collectors feel the same sense of magic and connection I feel to the world through painting.
