Dancing For A Moment

Its easy to imagine that the fairies planted these. Mushrooms are such a happy sight. They are a reminder of the circle of life. New life grows out of what has fallen. Treasures appear if you look closely. Mushrooms don’t last long in the forest so you have to take the time to look for them. If you put it off for another day they will have disappeared. Each element in this sculpture is hand made out of glass. A kiln and a torch as well as fine hand tools are used to create the shape and texture. The bespoke glass box is made using traditional stained glass techniques.
