We use this honey in our Specialty Food Association’s sofi Gold award winning Sourwood Balsamic Honey Vinegar. We think this honey makes everything better. Sourwood Honey has a floral and light taste with hints of baking spices, caramel and anise. The honey’s color is light amber with a slightly brown tint.
