Each mat is dye sublimated for a permanent design that is absorbed directly into the polyester material and then heat processed. Do you like the design but want to make a small change? LAST NAME 2. EST YEAR 3. If you selected “CHANGE IT UP” please give details of what you would like changed. PROOFS AND PRODUCTION: •You will have an opportunity to make changes prior to your mat being made. •Once I receive your order I will send you a proof within 2-3 days to approve it is correct, please double check and check again spelling, punctuation, etc. Custom order proofs may take up to 3-5 days. •Proofs must be approved prior to mat production. For that reason, production may be delayed until I receive your approval. •If an error is found AFTER you have approved your proof I cannot refund, however I can make a corrected doormat for an additional $20. If the error is my fault, a new mat will be made at no cost. •You will receive a picture of the final product when complete and at that time we can discuss pick up/mailing options.
