We are a fourth generation farm and have been continually expanding our Maple Syrup operation. We are currently harvesting from 2900 taps and adding another 800 taps for next season to be collected by a high vacuum system. The sap is then cooked down to produce sweet, clear amber maple syrup which takes about 35-40 gallons of sap to get 1 gallon of maple syrup. It is then bottled in different sizes from a gallon all the way down to 3.4oz. We bottle in both plastic and glass and do have specialty bottles available for purchasing.
