A Canadian goose emerges from the reeds to join the flock.
This colorful reproduction is from the artist's watercolor titled "Emerging" and was inspired by a visit to the wetland pond at the North Chagrin Reserve in Willoughby Hills, Ohio. Home to many species of birds, the pond hosts Canadian geese all season long.
The reproduction measures 20" x 16" x 1.25" and is printed on canvas. The sides are done with a fade out of the colors from the top scene. It is signed by the artist on the reverse, and has a sawtooth for hanging.
The BYOB in our name stands for "Back Yard and Outdoor Beauties". Nature artist Sonja Jones enjoys highlighting not only woodland wildlife, but also the more common creatures that share our urban and suburban environments.
