Description
Adorable quilted baby blanket made with flannel fabrics and embroidered with five cute hatching baby boy or girl dragons.
The little boy dragons have five different poses which display their emerging from their eggs.
A collection of tie dyed khaki and blue crackled flannel fabric guided my color choice for the embroidered blocks with light khaki egg shells and gray baby dragons.
I chose the quilting designs of a meandering zig zag to coordinate with the cracking egg shells in the embroidered designs. Each dragon is outlined with 6 sided polygon. The blanket is also quilted between each block. I used a variegated gray, yellow and white thread to quilt the blanket.
I have two blankets with 12 blue blocks. Size 37 x 37 inches.
I have one blanket with 12 khaki blocks and 8 blue blocks. Size 37 x 36 inches.

I have one blanket with gray and khaki blocks. It has a cuddle fabric back Size 37 x 37 inches.
I have one blanket with blue, gray and khaki blocks. The back is blue. Size 34 x 38 inches.
Each embroidered block is backed with a stabilizer to strengthen the block.
Fun and cozy for any little boy or girl!
