MagTrim Designs wants nothing more than for you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, MagTrim Designs must be notified of damages, incorrect shipments or the desire to return merchandise within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
1. MagTrim® accepts AUTHORIZED returns only.
2. MagTrim® issues STORE CREDIT or PAYMENT REFUND.
3. PAYMENT REFUND: A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returned merchandise.
4. STORE CREDIT = NO RESTOCKING will be charged for returned merchandise.
All of our designs at MagTrim® are custom beaded BY HAND and assembled and packaged by human beings who take great pride in their work. As such, we take returns very seriously. We want YOU to be happy! But we also need to ensure that returns are not abused. If you need to return, you can EASILY complete the process here:

For ALL Returns:
1. Products must be in the same condition as when originally received
2. Product MUST be in its original packaging.
3. Return product in the same box or one of similar size.
4. An authorized RMA number is required for all returns
5. Except in the case of defective merchandise or a mistake made by MagTrim Designs in filling the order (e.g. incorrect product or quantity shipped), buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
7. PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped back to MagTrim Designs without a corresponding RA # will NOT be refunded!
