With both makers of Scallywag Letterpress being proud Hokies, we thought it only appropriate to start our line of artist prints on the letterpress with an image drawn from Virginia Tech.
Enjoy our unique letterpress designs from Scallywag Letterpress! Our designs are printed on 100% recycled cotton Crane's Lettra fluorescent white 90 lb cover paper using a 1961 Heidelberg Windmill Redball press. All cards are blank inside, ready for your personal message, and come in plastic sleeve with envelope to match. Please feel free to contact us with further questions!

What do a couple of artists in love do when they live 5 hours from one another? ...start a business of course! For years, Sam has been intrigued with old school letterpress techniques. And Katy is, well, impressed with receiving love letters in the mail!
Albeit very different styles, the two’s artistic backgrounds come together to create quirky and endearing designs. A traditional artist by trade, Katy enjoys sketching up ideas with no regard for how Adobe Illustrator works... and Sam is just THRILLED to edit the images into something actually printable.
